This baby is suffering of aamaatisaara followed by indigestion so we must have to boost up digestive system, because without it diarrhoea can't be cured.
Please add & boil dry ginger powder with cow-milk & cook it for at least 5 minutes after boiling the milk.

Chemotherapy is usually associated with many side effects. Loose stools is one of them. It will take sometime to resolve. Take plenty of oral fluids and anti diarrhea medicines.

You are right lybrate-user. But breast milk or any other milk contain lactose sugar which may not be digested in very prolonged diarrhoea. With just 4 day history I think you should not stop breast milk but can get stool for reducing substance done which may decide future course of action. Stopping of breast milk is very very rare thing and usually not required.
