Alcohol becomes a problem if a person feels compelled to take it everyday and he suffers from withdrawl symptoms like craving, restlessnes, sweating, nausea sleep problems, anxiety etc, when ever he tries to stop it. So the actual problem is pattern of intake. If you are a social drinker then its not a problem.
