You have to use tapering dose of regesterone tablets. First 5 days 3 times daily
second 5 days 2 times daily
third 5 days once daily. On stopping the tabs after 15dys you must have normal periods.

the medication given are correct for seborrheic dermatitis. However if you have too much dandruff even that can tigger hairfall. If you have an hairfall consider checking blood levels like vit d, vit b12, serum proteins. And consult some other doctor in your city.

Yes, you can safely take both the medicine together but at 4 hrs interval and do take tab pan 40 mg before meal.

My daughter is 3 Yrs 3 Months old, from past 2 week she is suffering from cold a doctor has prescribed monocef which doesn't help her. I have given her chest on cold and also amoxyccilin syrup but it doesn't improved her condition. She has running nose and cough also. For cough kufril syrup had used. Nothing has improved her condition still she has running nose cough and above all she is having chest congestion when ever she is breathing n sleeping sound is coming from her chest. Anti biotic has no role in common cold. A lot of cough may be due to spasm in lungs which may happen after cold. Asthalin may be useful but give under advice of pediatrician. U may give anti allergic syrup and instill saline nasal drops in each nostrils 3-4 times in a day.
