Asked for female, 30 years old from Delhi

Married for 5 years. Trying from last 6 months with Fertomid and follicular analysis from last 3 cycles. every time ovulation is happening on the 14th day. Took Susten (2 months) and duphaston (this month) along with Folic Acid. Tubal tests are done and fallopian tubes are patent and looks good. But still no pregnancy. What could be the reason behind this and what options do we have now?

I had missed abortion in dec 3rd. February to July I am taking folic acid calcium tablets. Dr. said my HB is 10.5 and calcium is very low. In March she prescribed siphene 100 mg but it does’t help. In may she prescribed fertomid 100 mg it’s also didn’t work for me. After till August she only give folic acid and calcium iron tablets. Should I take siphene again?

After HCG shot and ovulation my DGO prescribed progesterone 100 mg for 15 days starting from cycle day 16. For last two cycle I took NAC 600 mg and Clomid 50 mg along with Progesterone. After finishing 15 pills I got periods my within couple of days or sometimes on the day I finish it. I'm in progesterone pills for last 6 months. I thought it was the one that is barrier to get pregnant. Today is 2nd day of my periods and I ask about it to my DGO. She then prescribed me NAC and clomid. She said that she too has the same mind set in my case. For some women progesterone act as a hurdle for pregnancy. She quoted and asked me to come on day 11 for follicular study and hcg shot. So my doubt is. If I won't use progesterone this cycle. Does it delay my periods? For how many days the effect of pill remain in our body. Does it make any disturbance in this cycle? I asked it to my DGO. She said it may or may not delay periods. I'm posting here my query to avoid unwanted expectation due to delayed periods. Trying for more than a year after losing my precious baby on 14th week due to neural tube defect. I want him back soon. Enough is enough. Had a big gap. I too wanna enjoy motherhood. Please. I need your advice. Comfort me with your replies. Thank you in anticipation.

I'm a community psychiatric social worker. I've pcos and over weight, but ovulating with clomifene citrate 50 mg. Trying to reduce my weight but it seems not much easy in my busy profession. My marriage was on October 2014. We are planning for pregnancy. My husband is 39 year old and has low sperm motility. Progressively motile grade A-10% Grade B-20%. Is there any chance for being pregnant without ART? Any suggestions for me in reducing my weight?

I have PCOD. Took clomifene from 2 nd day till 5 days. Went for follicular monitoring. On day 18, took injection 5000 ,follicle size was 23 mm ,2 in no. In right ovary. Today day 21 went for U/s n discovered no rupture, follicle size 28 and 30 mm. Wat r d chances of conception in this cycle? Will dese turn into cysts. U/S showed mild free fluid.

TODAY ON DAY 12, I HAVE 3 FOLLICLES OF 18.6 MM ON MY LEFT OVARY AND 2 19 AND 1 16 MM FOLLICLES ON MY RIGHT OVARY. TTC since 8 months. I have one tube block. From last 3 months I was on clomifene citrate. This month I had hcg 5000 injection on 14 day, said to have intercourse for 3 days and gave duphaston from 17th day. On 23rd, 24th day I found a brown discharge in vagina but not in panty. Again on 27th day n 28th same thing. Is this spotting is side effects of above inj. And tablets or anything else. Even though egg gets ruptured from 3 months why pregnancy is not happening in my case.

Spotting can be due to cervical erosion and many times our uterus does not hold the egg with sperm and leads to no results for the treatment

Hello doc I start my clomifene in day 3. Then I did first follicular study day 8 my ro is 1.851.43 cm and lo is 1.31.4 cm. Then day 12 ro egg rupture and lo is msf et is icm tri liner pod fluid+. Doctor told get sex with husband and come day 13. But that day doctor told my both ovaries is msf. This cycle not possible. My confusion is that if my egg is rupture then why not I am getting pregnant and then why doctor told this cycle not possible.

Its not that easy to get pregnant once you cross 30 years and in your case may be the egg released was not healthy or alive. Usually injection is given on 12th day which causes follicular rupture on the next day and sex has to be done in these 2 days for conception. Better you ask your treating doctor.
