They are the same medicines. Place a heating pad or hot water bottle on your lower back or abdomen.
Rest when needed.
Give yourself a little massage where it hurts.
Exercise-- get moving to relieve symptoms. Walking, running, yoga etc.

Norethisterone has andogenic properties and is not prescribed on a very long term basis ..
