Miss lybrate-user few clarity has too be done before taking the tablet, if have been taking tablet for both hypertension and high cholesterol then I suggest you to consult doctor and take the advice as he says or if you have notice for the 1st time then kindly consent doctor before you take medications

You need to follow certain natural norms to lower down your BP apart from medication.
Go for a walk in the morning to regulate blood circulation to combat your BP.
Go for meditation to reduce stress in order to nourish your body conditioning the heart and to regularise your digestive system, aswell.
Tk, plenty of water ro hydrate your body.
Your diet be easily digestible on time to avoid gastric disorder that triggers BP & raised heart rate.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
All the drugs presently used in treating diabetes are quite safe including pioglitazone.
In a well controlled person fasting glucose should be < 100 mg or closer to 100 mg, PP 150 to 170 mg & HbA1c% < 6.8%. So please see that these levels are achieved. Thanks.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user, I note that your fasting blood sugar is under better control after you changed your medication. However your post meal blood sugar is on the high side and I note that your weight is only 60 kg which is a bit low for your height. Check with your family doctor about the need to take insulin for improving diabetes control and to gain weight to optimal body weight
