I am sure you must have seen the ingredients of both these tablets. There is hardly any difference as glycomet trio 2 contains voglibose 0.2 mg & the other tablet has voglibose 0.3 mg. So there is hardly any difference. Both tablets have similar effect. Most important is you should be able to maintain your fbg < 100 mg or closer to it. Pp 150 to 160 mg & hba1c% < 6.5%. Mr. Lybrate-user, if one has well controlled diabetes then fasting sugar should be closer to 100mg and pp should be 150 to 160 mg/100 ml and hba1c% <7. If you have maintained these readings consistently then diabetes is in control. With that one is able to prevent or postpone the long term complications of diabetes, which are very serious.
