Hello, Include protein rich foods such as sprouts, pulses, paneer, chicken, fish, eggs, dals etc daily and snack on fruits at least 2 times a day. Eat 20% extra portions in your main meals. Eat dense foods such as dry fruits, nuts, milkshakes, lassi etc. All the best!

No need to worry so much in the first place. More importantly it will be most beneficial to consult a gastroenterologist physically and a proper diagnosis should be done for an appropriate course of action. The only thing that you should do is consult someone and get things sorted. It is not which tv is best in market, can anyone suggest?

Avoid all junk food. Eat less oily & less spicy food items. Drink water around 15-20 mins before having food. Take divol-la 10 ml thrice daily after food alongside lansoprazole, which you'll need to continue for 6-8 weeks.

It usually happens when you take outside food. You make take medicines. If stools are watery take ors. And in diet you may take khichri, dahi chawal, pomegrate, shikanji. No sugarcane juice and milk. They will increase diarrhoea.
