Hi. I am 26 year old. I am having a persistent cough from last 20 days. But from last 7 days as I try to get the phelgem out by taking deep breath .so that the phelgem from the nose moves to the throat. And as I spit. Blood comes in it. Whenever I have a sensation to out the phelgem only that time I do it. I am doing it deliberately I was taking novamox 625 encet d plus.

paracetamol and levocetrizine can be taken in pregnancy. only few antibiotics can be taken in pregnancy.

Don't worry, if you take the above mentioned medications for short term (3 to 4) days, it won't have any effect on the baby.

No it is not necessary unless child is wheezing. Wait for day or two, if there is fever associated with cough and cold see paediatrician again.

dextromethorphan is not recommended for children, rather use Benadryl
avoid all cold and sour foods, if the child is breast fed, the mother as well is supposed to avoid all cold and sour foods
