Drink 2-3 glass of water in the morning empty stomach, and 3-4 litres of water during the day daily. Walk for minimum 5 minutes. You may also mix two spoons of isabgol in a glass of warm milk and drink it just before you go to bed. It will help. Thank You

lybrate-user: Please stop drinking coffee, tea, alcohol, tobacco (if you use any of these). Also cut spices in your food. If this does not help, it might indicate morning anxiety but to better evaluate and recommend treatment you will need a consultation.

Hello lybrate-user, since pain and swelling are making it difficult to eat, it is advisable to see a dentist. The medicines that you have mentioned will take care of the pain and swelling to an extent, but we need to confirm that the tooth isn't infected in which case, additional antibiotics may have to be prescribed. Moreover if the tooth is partially impacted (stuck in bone), disimpaction maybe indicated.
