You can use Ajwayan 10gm two times a day
and a herbal tea made by using 1 long, 1kalimirch,1 elayachi and one fourth tea spoon dry zinger to get rid of cold and stomach heaviness as you mentioned till Friday you don't have too much medical facilities.

Hello. Along with tb medicine. A liver tonic tonic like liv 52 is compulsory. For vomiting emset tab. Can be used 3 times a day. Take it before eating atleast 20 minutes before. Avoid oily n spicy diet. Increase uptake of water. If vomiting frequency is more then ors can be taken. Along with emset .take. Cap. Panteprazole morning before meal.

You have to improve your food habits do
1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day
3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day.
5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages.
6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad
7. Avoid constipationmore
