The average normal levels of creatinine in men are 0.6 to 1.2 milligrams per deciliter, and 0.5 to 1.1 milligrams per deciliter in women. These numbers rarely ever change unless there is a problem. There are tests available to measure the amount of creatinine being removed through your kidneys.
Individuals who currently take creatine and have kidney problems should discontinue use of creatine to prevent further kidney damage.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
The drug given is known as SGLT -2 Inhibitor, which blocks this receptor in the renal tubules and prevents reabsorption of glucose. Because of that excess glucose in blood is excreted or sent out. This is a newer method in treating uncontrolled diabetes. This helps in better control of blood glucose levels. Plus helps in reducing excess weight (in case patient is overweight). Using this drug helps reduce Insulin dosage (if patient is on insulin). There...more

Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the query. Your blood glucose levels are high. What is the HbA1c%? Please get it done. It appears that present treatment is not adequate. There's a need to upgrade the treatment, plus give a closer look at your diet & daily exercise. With a BMI of 26.56 kgs/ M2, (normal< 23 kgs), there's a need to control weight, that will also help. Thanks.

Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details, it is clear that you are on multiple drugs for controlling blood glucose. So it is important to give a closer look at your dietary intake. Because with 7 to 8 k walking you do good amount of exercise. So it is necessary to look at the diet. Reducing the extra calories will definitely help in achieving better control in blood glucose. Thanks.

A egfr below 60 for three months or more or a egfr above 60 with kidney damage (marked by high levels of albumin in your urine) indicates chronic kidney disease. Blood or protein in the urine can be an early sign of kidney disease.
For people without diabetes, the normal range for the hemoglobin a1c level is between 4% and 5.6%. Hemoglobin a1c levels between 5.7% and 6.4% mean you have a higher chance of getting diabetes. Levels of 6.5% or higher mean you have diabetes.

This is because of medicine Gibtulio which acts by preventing glucose reabsorption by kedneys hence urine of such patients will contain glucose which is not present in normal persons and in patients not taking this medicine if their blood sugar is below 180.
