2.No greasy or spicy food before journey or skip food or give some aerated drink and biscuits 3.Adequate fresh air 4.If some one could talk to her/ singing/ listening music – to distract her. Need to know more details. Weight, fever, and important if he is bottle fed. Then you must stop bottle feed and give with cup and spoon or from glass. For the time being, give emeset syrup 5 ml and see after half an hour and can repeat if still vomits. Inform afterwards take care.

1.Take bland diet, Avoid spicy, oily, fatty and Junk food
2 Eat and drink slowly.
3.Avoid carbonated Drink, Beer, chewing gum, sucking hard candy etc,
5.Avoid gas forming food like onion, bean , peas, lentil, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli,mushroom,whole wheat bread

Milk production in a lactating mother is directly proportional to how much the mother suckles the baby, how much water and fluids she takes and how tension free she is. Lactaire and domperidon also are helpful.
There is no reason why you will not get milk if there is compliance to guidance is done. If you express the milk you may get just 20 ml but when the baby suckles she gets much more. You can verify this by taking pre and post feed measurement on an electronic scale.
