i can understand your status but these symptoms if actually are not hampering your day to day activities then try doing yoga. meditation and exercises. go for walks . take plenty of green vegetables fruits and salads. plenty of fluids too . they all help. atrày reading books of your interest .

Stones can not melt. There is no way to expel gall bladder stones (unlike case of kidney stones). So gall stones if they r not creating problem, let them be there. But do follow annual checkups. U can take homeopathy to manage symptoms. But if they r causing problem, its better to remove them.

1.Fever with rigors can be due to so many reasons like urinary tract infection, malaria etc.
2.Don't take chloroquine without checking your blood for MP. Chloroquine can have side effects.
3.It has to be used judiciously under docctor's prescription.
4.ondansetron can be used to control vomiting after taking chloroquine but should only be used after consulting doctor
5.avoid self medication

To reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.
