Different treatment for burning. Ask treating obstetrician. No need for treating nausea as considering advantages v/s disadvantages of drugs is not advisable for nausea. Advisable for vomiting.

Hi vomitting is common in pregnancy. Safest tablet is doxinate od which you r using. Other than that you can use vomikind strip. Always use half an hour before meals. Try taking small amount of meals at frequent intervals.

You have hyp (eremsis gravidaurum which is seen in many women. Doxinate is the best widely used pill and should give good result or give small feeds and drink a lot of water.
