My son had drank some bubble soap drink yesterday and after some time he had started vomiting and diarrhoea ,today after going to paediatrician she gave bifilac and emeset and crocin ds for fever, but from afternoon he has got some rashes in legs as mosquito or ant bites, should I do any thing further. Baby is very cranky and not taking any food or drink.

My 1.7 years old baby has severe vomiting and diarrhoea from past 4 days after food poisoning I believe, doctor gave bifilac and emeset .vomiting got controlled but motions are not getting controlled as he needs milk without it he cranks a lot .can I give him Himalaya diarex and what dosage.

Take syp. Direx 10 ml 3 times in a day with econorm sachet. 2sachet in a day with half cup of drinking water 2 times in a day. please give coconut water ,lime water, rice kanji etc like soft diet. Do not give bakery product ,milk ,ghee, meat,egg etc.

Yes give that plus plenty of fluids, especially ors. Be watchful if your baby appears dehydrated or has blackish stools, consult doctor immediately.

But he is not able to eat or drink as vomiting happens every time he drinks any fluid. He took emeset tab for vomiting but it is not effective. Kindly help.
