Mr. lybrate-user, there is an increase in a chemical known as beta hcg during pregnancy which is responsible for increase in vomitings. It will settle down by 4th month of pregnancy. She should avoid juices as they increase acidity and causes more vomitings. Ask her to have small frequent meals. She can take emeset 4 mg 1-2 times daily.
