Pls check her Blood sugar levels, sr.electrolytes. Any abmormality in these values can also lead to persistent vomiting.
1.Take plenty of water/fluids.
2 T.emeset 4 mg 1-1-1 before food.

It could be due to stomach upset.
To control vomiting you can give her syrup emeset 5 ml on empty stomach and maintain her liquid intake to avoid dehydration and weakness. If vomiting still persists then better to consult your near by physician.
