For vomiting you can give Emeset and he needs to be in hospital care. Need medication for malaria and iv fluids.

You can take ondansetron inthe morning empty stomach and tab doxyiamine at bed time eat lots of fruits and sweet things.

This need not be liver problem and you may have gastric motility problem and Emeset tab helps vomiting and you have to do a check up to assess the cause

Do not force feed. Give small amounts of feed frequently. Try giving emeset syr 2.5 ml twice daily and inform me.

take tab. emeset 4 mg sos for vomiting. syp. aristozyme 10 ml thrice a day. eat fiber foods, avoid constipation.
