I have left ear pain and am taking medicines like movie cv 625, rantac 150 mg, aceclofenac,paracetamol & serratiopeptidase tablets .i am mother of 13 days old baby .is this medicine effect the baby through breast milk.

I have problem of high uric acid and get gout attack on my foot almost in one year. I normally take goutnil and emanzen d tab whenever I get gout attack. Now I do not have any pain or swelling so I am not taking any medicines. But from last 4,5 months I have often needle like pain on my left foot's big toe joint but there is no swelling or redness only irritating needle like pain. Can I stop it. Please suggest me medicines.

I am having blisters on my back area near my spine, it gives me a lot of pain and burning sensation. I have consulted a skin specialist who diagnosed it as Herpes Zoster. I have been prescribed Valcet 1000 mg thrice a day for 5 days. Emanzen D twice a day for 5 days. Fusiate cream to be applied on blisters twice a day for 5 days. Kivical lotion once every day at night. He did not do any tests for the same. Just manually verification and all these medicines were prescribed. For the last 3 days I have taken these medicines but not any great results yet. Are there any tests which needs to be done for the same to confirm the disease?

Herpes zoster. And be diagnosed by looking at the lesions. Pls complete your course of medication and then consult your doctor for follow up. It usually takes 1-2 weeks for it to heal.

You need to clean the area with clean soap and water, dry with a clean cloth them apply oint soframycin twice daily and do not masturbate for couple of weeks.

Doctor prescribed me amoxicillin, trypsin, bromelain, rutoside and diclofenac sodium tablet. Diclofenac potassium, serratiopeptidase tablet. Metronidazole tablet 400 mg. I have taken this for 5 days due to root canal infection. And I am taking ketronol dt from last 2 days. Now I got to know I am one month pregnant. Now m worried. Do these antibiotics and ketronol dt can cause harmful effect on pregnancy. Should I stop ketronol dt. I have taken 4 tabs of ketronol 10 mg. Please help.

Dear sir after that pain I have consulted doctor urologist and surgeon and I have done scrotum scanning abdomen and pelvis scanning and then ct scan with contrast but in that there is no any such changes and reports are normal after that one doctor is telling that you have hernia and again I have consulted other doctor and has told me you don't have any hernia you take doxofylline for 20 days it will be ok I have used for 20 days then also my pain was not reduced again I have consulted one more urologist and they have prescribed pregabalin and methylcobalamin for 20 days after taking that 20 days then also it has not been reduced and again I have consulted doctor and he has given amoxicillin with clavulanic acid thrice in a day and pregabalin and methylcobalamin morning and evening and diclofenac with serratiopeptidase I am taking this medication from past 3 days when have taken diclofenac and serratiopeptidase the pain is ok after that again the train is coming I don't know what have to do now and kindly prescribe some good medication in ayurvedic.

Exactly where r you getting pain if the pain in groin region I am suggesting you mri because it may be sportsman groin hernia it can be missed in ct sometimes.

Health Query

I have noticed that from past 2 weeks bleeding occurs while bowel movement. It pains as well. It has happened 3 months ago and I had consulted doctor and she has given few medicines and after that the bleeding was stopped. But now again it's been 2- 3 weeks it bleeds while bowl movement and it pains allot. I am taking O2 and emanzen D for the same and I don't want to go for surgery. Please suggest some home remedies to treat this forever and what all changes are required to make in the lifestyle so that it never occurs as I will plan for a baby shortly. Kindly suggest.

Good Afternoon, About 8 days ago Saturday, I had a swelling in my face because of an allergy I took some antihistamine and two days later the swelling decreased but my left achilles tendon started paining, I consulted a doctor and he prescribed a medicine with the composition of Diclofenac (50 mg, Paracetamol (500 mg, Serratiopeptidase (15 mg) .On Thursday my achilles tendon stopped paining but the middle of the foot and inner arch started throbbing so bad that I can't stand on it anymore, when I rest completely or am on the medication I have no pain but if I walk a bit the pain starts and the inflammation as well. Without medication it feels like someone is jabbing me continuously even while resting. Is this normal? What is your advice.
