For infants you don't use syrups but oral drops formulations of same medicine. Ask your paediatrician for the exact dose which depends upon the baby's weight.

There are a couple of things you need to do to avoid this thing to happen from your end, avoid everything that causes you problem, could be dust, cold water, juices, sugary foods, some food items, ice creams, sour foods etc, avoid prolonged ac exposure, and use mask wherever possible and yes you do need a course of anti-allergic for a short time, which obviously will hold your problem for few months hopefully. For any further queries please text in private.

You should not use dettol or cetrizine without proper consultation. Check for any skin rash or any sign of skin disease.
If there is nothing like that you may give hepatoprotective syrup.

Good evening. You need to consult and show the lesions to a qualified dermatologist before a diagnosis and treatment can be prescribed. Since you have completed 1 month of self treatment, I think its about time you consult a professional either in person or via online consultation at the very least.

It will be difficult to tell you what is the exact cause of this problem without evaluating and investigating her in person. Her increased urination could be due to some urinary infection, My suggestion is consult a internal medicine specialist locally so that they can advise tests after evaluating her and direct you further. SHE MAY NEED THE FOLLOWING INVESTIGATIONS cbc-diff, urine r/m, urine culture, ultrasound whole abdomen, ecg, echo, hba1c.
