Halotosis has many causes eg stomach ulcers, gingivitis. Chlorhexidine gluconate is a good option for post brushing in the morning and at night. Avoid using any other mouthwash during this period. If the problem still persists then I suggest visiting the medicine or dental department in a nearby hospital.
