If there is no problem seen in your oral cavity, you don't need to worry. Some kind of medicated mouthwash causes staining and alter in teast (If prolonged used). Stress and anxiety also affects your oral health. You can follow some instructions; Take sufficient amount of water, you can chew sagar free chewing -gum, practice yoga and stress breaking exercise, make proper oral hygiene. If you have problem for long time you can see your dentist for further clinical examination.

There are many reason for bad breath. If mouth wash is not effective then it may be due to nasal crust or nasal infection.
Try this-
tab cefixime 200 mg twice a day
tab cetrizine 10 mg once before sleep.
Nasal douching thrice a day.
×5 day
avoid if you have allergy with any of the above medicine.

The headache you are having can be due to excessive screen time or chronic tension type headache if you can furnish more details about he characteristics of headache I can help you better.
