The white patch can be anything from a nevus to vitiligo. But the fact that from inside water and blood comes out doesnot fit into any category. It is better you consult a dermatologist in your nearby area. If you can send a pic then I will be able to tell you what can be expected.

Elosone ht cream contains hydroquinone, tretinoin and mometasone. It is used for treating pigmentation like melasma. Short term use (1 week or less) does not have major side effects. You can stop the use and apply sunscreen with spf of 30 or higher daily. Use a gentle cleanser to wash your face because you don’t want harsh soap to damage your skin (already sensitive due to cream application). Skin lite is a unique triple-combination topical therapy for the short-term treatment of the dark spots associated with moderate-to-severe facial melasma. Skin lite Cream should always be used in conjunction with sun-avoidance measures, like using sunscreens and wearing protective clothing. Skin lite may improve the appearance of melasma but is not a cure. Such medications should be used only under careful observation of your dermatologist.
