Otrivin should never be used on a regular basis. It leads to rebound nasal congestion (block. I would advise you to get a nasal endoscopy or a ct pns done to evaluate the extent of your problem which gives a clear idea about your nasal septum, turbinates and sinuses depending on which you would be advised medication or surgical intervention depending on the severity of your problem.

Yes this is very harmful because you are using the side effect of the medicine for opening the nose, this causes rhinitis medicamentosa which is no response of the medicines to nose mucosa.

Rohit it seems you have problem of Rhinitis and cold susceptibility, nothing to worry about it will be ok with Constitutional Homeopathic medication which needs to be continued for some time and the problem will leave you on permanent basis. However for now use steam inhalation and avoid cold exposure in any form also take care not to be in any extremes of heat and cold.

I st of all stop using otrivin nasal drops" the main culprit here. Start him on tab. Allegra-m daily 1 at bed time and flomist nasal spray 2 puffs twice a day for 2-3 weeks. Get ct scan done after this.
