Hello, The pigmentation which have not gone are deeper dermal pigmentation and cannot be taken care by creams. You can continue melaglow and sunscreen for few more months and see. Chemical peels and laser are good options for resistant pigmentation. Consult a dermatiologist.

Hi miss Lybrate user, elocon cream is not used for pigmentation concerns on a regular daily basis. If your skin concern is pigmentation, I advise you to consult a dermatologist. You can use a kojic acid or glycolic acid preparation in the nighttime to see some improvement. Thank you.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner.
1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night.
By doing above thing you will get good result.

Ulcers on back side of tongue, kindly mention since how long you have that ulcer and how big is that ulcer. Do not take any medication without showing a dentist or oral medicine specialist. I understood you have taken medicine, do not worry about cream you have used. Stop using that cream and consult your dentist.
