1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit, tomato etc
2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside,

You seem to have common cold. Please follow the following advice:
1. Warm saline gargle two to three times daily. 2. Steam inhalation twice daily 3. Tab Paracetamol (650): 1 tab twice daily
You may have to start an antibiotic if the problem persists or increases.
