Try to find out the cause for anaemia by doing a detailed blood investigation like cbc, ps and tibc and bone marrow biopsy if needed. Do an abdominal u/s scan also

Hello lybrate-user, the reason for fall in hb levels need to be investigated. The general causes for low haemoglobin are
1) vitamin deficiency especially of folic acid and b12
2) haemolytic anaemia- where red blood cells are destroyed at a much faster rate due to reasons like sickle cell anaemia, thalassemia, liver infections, overactive spleen
