I got sonography done, 6.8x2.8 mm calculus in right lower ureter near vuj (10 mm far) causing hydronephrosis and hydroureter. Small right renal calculus 3.8 mm upper hydrouretor, will it pass naturally through urine? On medicine tamsulosin 0-0-1 mefenamic acid + dicyclomine 1-0-1 ofloxacin 1-0-1.

Upto 70 percent chance it will pass. No need to take oflox if you are not having fever. Drink 3-4 lit water daily. You can wait till 3 weeks if not having severe pain or fever, if it does not pass then you may require ct scan and further appropriate management.
