Mr. lybrate-user, There is brand by name "Mixtard 30/70 InnoLet 3 ml injection. Usually concerned company persons do visit and explain how to use the Insulin Pens. So while buying it from the local chemist ask him to send the particular company representative to demonstrate the usage. The cartridges are 3 ml while vial is bigger. So please get all the details before switching over. Pens are definitely much easier to use. Thanks.

Either you take nova rapid or jardiance because both decreases blood sugar. Yes with nova rapid sugar was not controlled then you can take both simultaneouly. No problem.
We can decrease dose of nova rapid accordingly.
Regarding foam in urine better you go for urine complete analysis. Then tell the reports. Most probably phosphates are passing in urine. You can ask on line.

2. Reduce body wt if over wt
3. No smoking/ tobacco 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. No sugar, potato, rice
5. 30 mts walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily

Take your insulin in routine. Homolog before meals n lantus bedtime. What is more important you should check your sugar before n after exercise. If it is persistently high you can increase the dose of lantus by 4. 6 units. That won't increase the risk of hypoglycemia but if add homolog before exercise, chances of hypo will increase.
