3 failed cycles of CCQ and injection HMG 75mg day 2 & 4. Ovulation occurred every time without hcg triggered but didn't conceive. Now this is my 4rth cycle with clomipure day 4 to 8. Lupin injection 75mg day 4, 6, 8 & 9. Today its day 12 and have follicles of 106 and 64 in right ovary And 9*9mm and 8mm in left ovary. Doctor ask me to go for another ultrasound on day 16. How much possibility of ovulation is thr?

It is possibility to say about the proper growth of follicle. There is possiblity of ovulatio as you have taken hmg injection.

I had my first IUI failed this month and AF arrived I was very depressed. Now heading towards second IUI hoping to get BFP. My first IUI was with clomid and injectable (HMG) and trigger shot (HCG). And there were 4 follicles of good size 20 mm. After the trigger egg rupture was late almost after 48 hours and IUI was done at 60th hour. My gums could see the ruptured follicle and also the fluid after rupture was seen on ultrasound then only she headed to IUI. She later kept me on progesterone supportive for 14 days. Was the timing an issue? What was wrong in this first try which resulted in failure? Can anyone succeeded who can share the tips which helped them to bring success to IUI.

IUi has to be done only after confirming that your tubes are patent and not blocked .Secondly the procedure has to be repeated for 3 to 4 cycles .if there is no sucess,.The sample has to be inseminated within one and a half hour from the time of collection.You can also have intercourse fo 2 days following iui to increase the probability of pregnancy'

I have been married for 8 years. My height is 5'4" and weight 68 kg. I am 32 years old and my husband is 41 years. I have PCOS. I will be having my 2nd IUI next week. I am taking Metformin and injections Menopur 75 and HMG 150. The 2 follicles are 14 on day 16. My questions are - are my follicles good enough? Do the injections cost between 1-2k in other clinics as well, as this procedure is bit expensive (around 50k in total)? Will IUI be successful or is there any alternative treatment plan for pregnancy with pcos? How much chance do I have to get pregnant with fertility treatments? Any other information that I should take from my doctor? Please advice. Thank you.

The treatment seems fine if the tubes have been documented as open and the charges of IUI seem a little high.

Am married since 3 yrs. I have pcos and thyroid disease on medication. On April, I took tomexfein tab and followed by inj hmg 7 times then inj hcg 10000u . I developed ohss on beginning of may. Then I stop medication. On 26th of may my period came. On June I missed my period. I had some symptoms like morning sickness and dizzy. I did urine pregnancy test twice and one blood test all negative. On 26th of July should my period come but I missed it. I still have dizziness and morning Sickness but I didn't do pregnancy test. So can I be pregnant?

Dear sir /madam. My age is 26 and I trying from 3 years for baby but not success. Doctor done laparoscopy and biopsy results is tubes is in good condition. And do follicular study from last 8 month and every month give 4 to 5 hmg injection but follicular study report shows 12 to 14 mm last size. I decide to change doc, they do hsg and result is" right beaded not patent with intravasation of dye, left beaded patent" doc give me tab mycurit -4 for 2 months. I am very confused what is the problem with me. If my tubes was blocked why laparoscopy report had not show, and why follicle is not growing. I am very confused please clear my doubts in details.

Hi there May be your tubes got blocked recently after laparoscopy But now with such conditions you should plan IVF to get pregnant. Rest for your follicles growth get one S. AMH test done.

Hello, I am a 27 years married woman with a known history of pcod from past 7 years. My height is 5'3" and weight fluctuates between 52-53 kg max. I have undergone several inductions with both clomid and letroz combined with hmg inj. In two cycles for conception. Have also done hsg ,reports are all normal. My blood test and husband's semen analysis reports are normal. Last month I have also undergone IUI but it failed. I have changed even my lifestyle including proper diet and yoga, walking.Now my concern is should I go for few more cycles of IUI or should I opt for laparoscopy or ivf or some other? Thanking you for the valuable advice.

If only one cycle of IUI has been done, you may go for 2 more cycles, and since your tubes are patent, hysteroscopy along with some next level investigations may be required next.

I am 31 yes female, trying to conceive since 2014, I was on HMG injection and siphene, ccq,nothing worked out, later took treatment from other doctor, he prescribed me FSH injection (follicular 75 IU, and siphene 100 mg, I got conceive and miscarried in 19th week, it was iui pregnancy, after 2 months of miscarried got same treatment done and iui done, not sure if it worked or not but I got my periods, again got same procedure done on 11 Oct and was supposed to check on 25th of this month, but urine test and blood test came out to be negative but strange part is I still have all pregnancy symptoms like fatigue, abdomen cramps, ovarian pulling, severe back pain, stuffy nose. And I have still not got my period s. My question is can I still b pregnant after both test? If not why do I have pregnancy symptoms.
