I am 36 years old female married since dec 2011. I am suffering from pcod and hypothyroidism (autoimmune ). I am taking thyronorm 100. I have taken 3 iui cycles with follisurge injections but could not conceive. Now I took letroz 2.5 twice a day and one hmg inj 75. My endo was 8 at ovulation. And dominant follicle was 21 mm. But still could not conceive. Can anybody tell me why I am not able to conceive.

What is the normal size of the egg to get pregnant? Doctor said hmg injection should be used for 3 days, does it really works? Can I get the good follicle size ruptured and get pregnant?

My question is, me and my husband were not good in foreplay so we are watching porn movies through that I got some tingling sensation and wet and my husband got erect and then we are performing intercourse. While performing intercourse I am not getting any sensation, is that sensation is important for pregnancy can I get get pregnant through this?

I am 37 0ld male suffering from azoospermia due to panhypopituitarism. Doctors prescribed hcg 2000 iu 3 times a week and hmg 150 iu 2 times a week. Mera opinion hai drilling nahi karvana chahiye.
Jinko bachha chahiye aur apne aap nah hota hai, unko gyncologist ya infertility specialist ke paas jana hota hai, jahan bahut sare reports nikalane padte hai aura alag alag treatment ka prayatna karna padta hai jisme vakt lagta hai. Isliye jisme vishwas ho unke paas dhiraj se jana chahiye.

Female 30 years old. My husband and I got all tests done which were normal, and doctor asked for follicular study and then after day 11 she gave hmg 2000iu injection for ovulation on alternate days and we were asked to have coitus after 36 hours then report for a scan and gave hcg for egg rupture on day 15 land asked us to continue having coitus. Did not conceive as today is 33rd day and returned negative in urine pregnancy test. What would be the problem and what I need to do. Please kindly explain.
