Ecospirin and atorvastatin are essential in preventing ischemic stroke. Further medication is required based on the presence of intracranial blood vessel occlusion, presence of atrial fibrillation (rhythm abnormality of heart) etc. Which can be commented only after getting results of ct angiogram/mri tof ,ecg and echo of heart. Hi. Increase in creatinine happens due to dysfunction of the kidney. Looking at your history it looks like your father is having chronic kidney disease. Some contribution to everything is partly his aging process as well. However he will need evaluation for the cause of worsening from 1.8 to 2.3. Also his diet seems to be reasonable. Pls meet a nearby nephrologist immediately.

U can do swimming. Do this for long term effect
1. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). 2. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.
3. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc
