If your liver is normal and NOT cirrhotic, you can take ecosprin. Alcohol not only causes cirrhosis of liver, but also mild gastritis, hepatitis and at times pancreatitis.
All these have bleeding tendencies. Ecosprin adds to the bleeding.
If you stop ecosprin, with high cholesterol and triglycerides, your chances of heart attack is high.

Is any other abnormality in CT chest. What is this 5.85. Is it specific IgE to asp fumigatus. Get total IgE and IgG specific to asp fumigatus and culture sputum for asp fumigatus.
