I have seen the details given. According to me there is really no need to for for any statins. As total cholesterol is 214 mg, LDL 123 mg & TGL is 176 mg. These can be brought to normal level by dietary adjustment and regular exercise. So I do not see the need for two statins Atorvastatin (in Ecosprin AV75) & Rosuvastatin. Hello since its almost 1 year after DVT AND presently with no complaints you can revert back to your normal routine. Even your present medication is of basic variety which is a good sign that you r doing well with minimum medication.
U can do any sort of regular exercise, which suits u.
The only precaution you have to take is do not have a long distance travel and avoid prolonged periods of immobilisation ie sitting for long time.
