Hello, It will be best if you post the usg report.
Need to know your history briefly especially if you had any history previous miscarriage.
Usually aspirin is added from 12 weeks of pregnancy in those cases where there is risk of development of hypertension in pregnancy and fetal growth restriction. At 6 weeks usually aspirin is not added unless there is history of previous 2 or more miscarriages.

Please do not take ecosprin without establishing diagnosis of Coronary artery diaease (means blockage in arteries).
Even you should have not started any medication just on basis of family history. your main focus sud be on diet and regular exercise.
Regularly check for BP if it constantly over 140 den start antihypertensives.
Cholesterol lowering agent no need as now. Still if you want to continue den take it with lifelong commitment.
No point of taking ecosprin if no CAD.

Hello. According to the symptoms you described, the patient might be suffering from a lower urinary tract infection due to which the symptom of urge incontinance.
Aspirin is not safe to take in these conditions.
Advice to consult a general surgeon and get these tests done
1.complete urine exam and culture
2.crp
3.complete blood picture.

You don't need to take ecosprin. If you develop serious symptoms only then blood thinners are given and that too under medical supervision. Just take care, eat healthy, drink lots of water, multivitamin,rest, monitor saturation and don't panic.

ecosporin is low dose aspirin and completely safe. To prevent gestational diabetes u shoud be physically active. take morning walk..hv food rich in proteins and vitamins .low carbohydrates diet. fruits should b taken as a whole .avoid juices as they are high in sugar and devoid of fibres..lots of green vegetables.
