You should trust your doctor and follow him/ her. Aspirin is safe in Pregnancy and prevents risk of miscarriages. In Singleton pregnancy you ll see only one gestational sac. In twin pregnancy you ll b able to see two sacs n so on. As scan is done too early, one need to repeat after 7-10 days to confirm viability.

There is no need for inj. Heparin for the first abortion. 10 to 15 % of all pregnancies end up in abortions even in healthy partners. But there is nothing to worry about it.
