Ice. Place an ice pack or bag of frozen peas on the sore area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day.
Compression. Use a compression bandage to reduce swelling.
Elevation. Elevate your foot to help reduce swelling.

ankle sprain follow these steps:
- consult a specialist
- get an ankle and foot x-ray done
- apply crepe bandage - strictly elevate your limb than your heart while sleeping using pillows.
-strictly do not massage
-apply ice for reducing inflammation
- pain killer course.
- avoid weight bearing god bless you.
