you will be alright withing few days just take the below medicines and follow the instruction 1. Ayursun itis tab 2-0-2 2. Ayursun itis oil - external application where is pain intructions 1. Do yoga, pranayam, kapalbharti, anulom- vilom, bhramari etc. 2. Dring more water, eat green vegatables, fressh fruits just follow above normal things you will be alright within few days but you have to continue at least 3 to 4 months.

how severe is the swelling?
is there pain while walking?
rest use crepe bandage ice pack application will help to reduce the swelling
strictly elevate the leg while sleeping in order to reduce the swelling
get an x-ray of the ankle in anteroposterior, lateral and mortice view follow up
