Hello dear, I feel you do not have hemorrhagic conjunctivitis. Its mixture of dry eye and allergic component in your case. Because of your life style.
You can avoid mobile and shift to laptop for your study. Use mobile as phone only. Split your screen time menas reading on laptop to 30 min spells. Can use tear substitute like systane ultra eye drop or eubri eye drop 3-4 times per day. And lastly you have to use spectacle full time. Avoid less near work or work on mobile.

For headache take tablet paracetamol and Take a flow of steam (of plain water only ) over the forehead through a crescent steam inhaler, eight hourly and Check your eye sight for refractive error and we also have to rule out sinusitis or migrane as the cause of headache after clinical examination
