1. Moxifloxacin eye drops - 4 times a day
2. Cmc eye drops - 4 times a day
3. T. Levocetrizine- 1 at bed time
visit an ophthalmologist if the symptoms continue even after 1 week of this treatment.

3. Cold compresses
4. Use lubricating eye drop like flogel

Follow the rule of" 20" this means that every 20 minutes, take a gap of 20 seconds, blink your eyes actively 20 times and focus at an object which is minimum 20 feet away. there are many causes for redness of eyes mainly allergy, infection, inflammation and dry eyes etc.
1. Redness + itching: allergy
2. Redness + pain + watering + decreased vision: infection
3. Redness + pain: inflammation
4. Redness foreign body sensation: dryness

For dry eye if you wish to use the same molecule as celluvisc then can use tearmax eye drops 2 to 3 times a day or other molecule like systane ultra eye drop 3 times a day is also beneficial.
