Hi, there is no permanent cure for this, but definitely you can keep this under control by following
1. A strict diet chart
2. Abstinence from alchohol(if u drink).
3. Keep a check on sr uric acid levels. Every 3 or 6 months.

Continuation of ankle pain inspite of taking ebuxo 40 and serum uric acid within normal limits means, you should consult a physician, may be the treatment requires modification.
