Do not panick. Acne can happen to anyone, especially if they're under stress. Do not apply apple cider vinegar on your face! you can continue clindamycin but I would also advise you not eat food that's high in sugar and fat. Try to drink plenty of water and get some rest.

Using clindamycin & nicotinic acid for black spots is of no use, these medications are used for treatment & prevention of acne.
Black spots need depigmenting agents. U can stop adapalene & benzyl peroxide gel. Continue clindamycin and nicotinic acid gel to prevent new pimples. Restrict your calorie & diary products intake. Wash your face frequently.

If your thyroid and sugar both under control, then don't think too much. Thyroxine is to be taken on empty stomach and metformin to be taken with food and both doesn' t have any interaction with each other.

This is unbelievable level of TSH . and is it really 185 ? you take 150 Mg and check after a week .Normal TSH levels for the average adult range from 0.4 ‑ 4.0 mIU/L (milli-international units per liter) (3). However, many organisations agree that a reading of 2.5 or less is truly ideal, with anything 2.5 – 4.0 mIU/L considered “at risk”. For those on thyroxine, goal TSH level is between 0.5 to 2.5 mU/L
