It seems to be due to contact dermatitis
you will have to add an antifungal cream also.
Try to find out which is the allergen causing the itching
you will have to use the medication minimum of 3 weeks to see any effect.

You should not use any steroid over face without dermatologist prescription, they are not fairness creams, send the lesion pictures through private chat consultation and then I can decide what treatment to be given.

It depends on the depth of burn, if it's a superficial burn then eventually it will disappear. But if its a deep burn usually it takes a lot of time, even if it scars we should not intervene at this stage, as the child grows the scar appears to be smaller, till the face grows to its maximum, no treatment would be advised. Kindly avoid steroid on face especially a six years old child.
Thank you.

The white patch can be anything from a nevus to vitiligo. But the fact that from inside water and blood comes out doesnot fit into any category. It is better you consult a dermatologist in your nearby area. If you can send a pic then I will be able to tell you what can be expected.
