Fungal infection if not treated properly has a tendency of recurrency so take tab along with ointment to prevent recurrency tab Itraconazole 100 mg twice a day upto 10 days, take 20 days gap and repeat the same cycle upto 4 months use ketoconazole soap for bathing and candid powder for dusting.

You can start eberconazole cream twice daily for local application and an antihistamine like levocetrizine or desloratidine.
But oral anti-fungal is also needed in your case for which I need to see the extent of involvement and also need to run a few investigations as you have recurrent tinea. So a personal query with detailed medical history is needed.

Stop fourderm cream. It is a steroid based cream and is causing the ringworm to spread. Eberconazole cream twice a day, to b applied on and 2 cms beyond the rash as well

1.you have ringworm caused by tinea fungus take oral terbinafine for 2 weeks and local application of luluconazole cream. 2.everyone in household must get treatment 3.avoid sharing clothes and personal belongings 4.maintain hygeine ,use loose fitting boxers, bathe twice daily and apply creams after thoroughly cleaning and drying the area.

Dear lybrate user, no, it’s not cancer. Your symptoms are indication of fungal infection. circular eruption with itching on buttock is tinea cruris. it is a fungal infection of groin, buttocks region also know as ringworm .it is contagious infection transmitted by fomites such as towel, hotel bed sheets etc. it often have reoccuring tendency even after applying anti fungal ointment.
