Pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin.
For pimples and to remove scars take following med. BERBERIS AQUIFOLIUM Q.x 14 days 20 DROPS TWICE IN WATER. Use berberis aquifolium oin any company ALSO DRINK PLENTY WATER. HAVE GREEN VEGETABLES.
STOP OILY FOOD.
Avoid night watching. Wash face with medimix soap 2/3 times per day. Contact me after 2 weeks.

It can be because of dermatitis/ eczema or allergy or dryness or fungal infection or psoaiasis etc. I need details of case n preferably pics of affected area. In the meanwhile follow this

Good morning lybrate-user. White spots could arise in quite a few conditions- p.versicolor, p.alba, early vitiligo etc. You haven't mentioned the diagnosis, duration of treatment nor are pictures available for examination. I suggest you follow up with your treating doctors and address any concern you have with them. This is the best course of action.

tinea cruris can be really annoying. While your medical treatment is on point with sporanox etc. Might I suggest a couple of things
1) wear loose fitting clothes. No jeans and tights for 2-3 weeks
2) wash up atleast twice daily with antifungal soap
3) don't use wet towels
4) wash all linen in hot water and sun dry
5) treat and repeat steps 1-5 for all affected family members and close friends.
