Fungal infection has the tendency to recur, if a complete course of medicine is not taken. Whether you need to continue the use of oral medicines, can be decided after clinical assessment. It will be better to consult a dermatologist for physical examination. In the meantime, you can continue with tab teczine and cream ebernet. Thanks.

Dear Ms. lybrate-user, Your condition seems to be deep-seated and because of the repeated usage of the medicines, you will be developing resistance towards the drug. I would suggest you go with homeopathic treatment which will help you solve the problem from the roots. Please consult a qualified physician near by or take online private consultation on Lybrate to analyze your condition and to resolve the same.

Good morning lybrate-user. White spots could arise in quite a few conditions- p.versicolor, p.alba, early vitiligo etc. You haven't mentioned the diagnosis, duration of treatment nor are pictures available for examination. I suggest you follow up with your treating doctors and address any concern you have with them. This is the best course of action.

Hello dear
tinea cruris can be really annoying. While your medical treatment is on point with sporanox etc. Might I suggest a couple of things
1) wear loose fitting clothes. No jeans and tights for 2-3 weeks
2) wash up atleast twice daily with antifungal soap
3) don't use wet towels
4) wash all linen in hot water and sun dry
5) treat and repeat steps 1-5 for all affected family members and close friends.
