I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
When you have postnasal drip, excess mucus drains from your sinuses into the back of your throat. This can lead to a persistent raw, sore, or scratchy throat. Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

you have to find out what is the actual cause of your nasal block. doing a nasal endoscopy is a very short procedure which will tell u what is wrong. Instead of taking ebast for a long term it's better to find the actual cause and treat it. Taking medicine for a long term is always a problem. But you can take ebast if taking one daily ...Then not more than 1 month. before than find out the actual cause of your nasal block.

You can. The point is why would you want to give medicine for cold. Cold is a viral infection which will go away on it’s own. Allow your child’s immunity to fight it. It will improve her resistance to such common infections. Use medication only if she is in genuine discomfort or developed a fever.
