Who so ever has prescribed the medicine its best to check with him. Burn wound treatment can be started only after seeing the wound. We need more details like when did it get burnt and by what. What was the depth of burn, what was done then for treatment etc.

you have to find out what is the actual cause of your nasal block. doing a nasal endoscopy is a very short procedure which will tell u what is wrong. Instead of taking ebast for a long term it's better to find the actual cause and treat it. Taking medicine for a long term is always a problem. But you can take ebast if taking one daily ...Then not more than 1 month. before than find out the actual cause of your nasal block.

Ear pain may b due to infection of ear itself or infection gone to ear from throat or cold so need to treat accordingly. In both cases need to take a broad spectrum antibiotic
amoxyclave 625 mg three times a day is batter advice with any pain killer like voveran when required may get relief early
