1. It could be bacterial infection of axillary/armpit hair (trichomycosis axillaris) 2. The fastest method of trichomycosis axillaris treatment is to shave the affected hair.
3. Benzoyl peroxide (gel or wash formulations) aids in treatment and prevents recurrence.
4 antiperspirant helps treat and prevent trichomycosis axillaris by reducing axillary hyperhidrosis (excess armpit sweat ). Topical antibiotic preparations such as clindamycin or erythromycin also are effective.

Erythrasma is caused by a virus called bacterium Corynebacterium minutissimum. This type of infection is mostly found in the moist folds of the body such as the groin, knees, and armpits. Coconut oil is high in saturated fats. So not to eb used on a regular basis. Instaed an oil combination of mustard oil, sesame seed/rice bran oil is helpful in achieveing the desired fatty acid ratio. 1. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs interval instead of 3-4 large meals only
